UGC CONTENT PRODUCTION

Asian creator UGC. Built for your brief.

Second Gen Media connects brands with Asian UGC creators and coordinates content production for US campaigns. Start with the Asian American community, language, product and channel you want to reach; we build a shortlist around that brief and confirm each creator’s fit and availability.

A specific audience. A practical production plan.

For food, beverage, beauty, fintech and app teams, creator content can turn a product into a demonstration, routine or personal story. Cultural context starts with the particular audience rather than treating Asian communities as one market. Our wider network includes creators across backgrounds and locations; US campaign suitability is confirmed for each brief.

Meet selected creators ↗

From brief to finished assets.

01

Define the brief

Share your audience, channels, product facts, budget range and launch date. Agree the number of creators and assets, formats, revisions and usage before production.

02

Build the shortlist

SGM sources creators by cultural context, language, content style and availability. Confirm language proficiency and on-camera delivery for the actual brief.

03

Shape the creative

Coordinate concepts, hooks and scripts around the product and audience. Your team approves product facts, claims and required disclosures before content is published.

04

Produce, review and deliver

Coordinate filming, editing and content review, then deliver the agreed assets. Review rounds, deadlines and file requirements belong in the project scope.

Deliverables that fit your channels.

A brief can include product demonstrations, testimonials, recipes, taste tests, routines or software walkthroughs. Agree video length, aspect ratio, captions, language, editing and the number of versions. Hook variations, stills and raw footage can be discussed as additional scope; they are not automatically included.

UGC production supplies assets for your brand’s channels. Creator publishing is a separate influencer deliverable. Media buying and performance reporting require their own scope.

Agree usage before filming.

Specify organic or paid-ad use, platforms, territories and duration. Confirm whether you need creator-handle advertising, exclusivity, raw footage or further edits. Licensing and creator permissions are agreed per project; commissioning a video does not automatically grant unlimited use.

Work with clear credits.

Explore creator portfolio work across product demonstrations, everyday routines and cultural storytelling. Individual credits identify the creator behind each engagement.

The team that later became SGM ran a creator-led Meta Ads campaign for Ghost. Reported cost metrics and their limitations are documented in the breakdown.

FAQ

Before production.

Can you source Asian American creators for a US campaign?

Share the community, language, location and content style you need. We confirm creator fit, availability and delivery for that brief; the public roster is a selection from our wider network.

Does UGC include posting on a creator’s account?

Posting is not automatically included. UGC supplies content assets for your brand to use under agreed rights. Influencer collaborations add specifically scoped creator publishing.

Are paid-ad rights included?

Rights are agreed per project. Specify the ad platforms, territory, duration and any creator-handle advertising or exclusivity you need before production.

Can you create content in more than one language?

We match the brief with language information supplied by creators and confirm proficiency and on-camera delivery. Translation, captions and extra language versions should be specified in the scope.

What does a project cost and how long does it take?

Pricing and timing depend on creator count, asset volume, languages, production needs, review rounds and usage. Send your budget range and launch date so we can discuss a suitable scope; no fixed turnaround is promised here.

Can we commission a recurring UGC program?

Yes. Discuss a recurring cadence for sourcing, briefs, review and delivery, with content volume and team responsibilities agreed in advance.
